How you complete this sentence may give you some insight into your money strengths as well as your money blocks.
If you believe that money is dangerous or makes people bad, you may have a block around building wealth.
If you believe money is abundance and flow, you may be calm and confident when you make investment choices.
If you believe that money is fleeting, and could run out at any moment, you may have a block around feeling financially secure no matter how much you have.
If you believe money is a tool to bring joy into your life (link to an exercise to help you examine your money beliefs) and the lives of others, you may experience more ease around saving and spending.
Ask yourself: Am I willing to let go of what no longer serves me?
You are free to choose and re-choose your money beliefs.
We are dynamic and complicated beings, and so is our relationship with money. Two beliefs that seemingly contradict one another can be true at once. We can learn to lean into the positive and work to remove the blocks.
I encourage you to write out your money beliefs and then examine them thoughtfully, without judgment.
What do you want to honor and nourish? What do you want to leave behind?
