MINDFUL MONEY BLOG

I have written my blog in the hopes that sharing what I have learned from my clients and my work as a Coach can help you heal your relationship with money.

Money is hard to talk about, and none of us are born with financial literacy. There is a release that comes when we are able to accept that there is nothing wrong with us.  Money is emotional because we are human. With that self-compassion, real change can come.

Is there a topic you would like me to cover next on my blog? Send me an email and let me know! Sign up for my newsletter to receive new posts in your inbox, and find out about upcoming Mindful Money events.

I approach personal finance the way I approach yoga–just like everyone’s body is different, so is everyone’s financial situation.  If there is a challenging yoga pose I am showing in class, I will also show a few modifications to the pose, because not everyone has been practicing yoga for the same amount of time, and even people who have practiced for decades may find some poses that do not feel good in their body.

I invite you to take on this same idea when reading my blog. I may suggest something, and you can try it for awhile, see how it feels, and then perhaps take another step forward. I am your guide, but you decide what feels safe, what feels helpful, and leave behind what doesn’t.
